Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Wentzville, MO. This role involves assembling metal components, using basic hand tools, and working in small teams to complete repetitive build tasks.
Job Title: Assembler
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime may be required)
Position Type: Full-time
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal parts and components using basic hand tools
- Follow simple diagrams or build sheets to complete tasks
- Use cordless drills, hand wrenches, and impact tools
- Work in small teams and complete repetitive assembly tasks
- Ensure completed parts are staged correctly for the next step
- Assist in related assembly areas as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience (must be hands-on, using tools)
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Prior experience in mechanics, automotive work, metal assembly, or similar tool-based work strongly preferred
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
