Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Craft Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. There is two-year minimum experience required for this position. In this role, you will craft innovative and classic cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your passion for hospitality, will help elevate our venue’s reputation as a lively and welcoming destination. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively atmosphere.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems while maintaining excellent cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members during busy nights, including nightclub or banquet events, to deliver seamless service experiences.
- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing processes, and food industry standards.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and enhance their experience.
- Experience in catering or food service environments is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and understanding of food safety protocols are essential. Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
