About the Role
As a worldwide engineering firm, we specialize in supporting the commercial, heavy-duty, and automotive engine sectors. Our team of seasoned engineers is dedicated to developing cutting-edge powertrain solutions that meet upcoming demands for emissions, fuel efficiency, and performance. We are currently growing our Vehicle Development Center and are looking for a skilled Chassis Dynamometer Operator to join our efforts. You will play a key role in vehicle-level engine calibration, instrumented testing, and benchmarking, all conducted within our modern 4WD emissions chassis dynamometer facility.
Key Duties

Execute and prepare testing procedures using sophisticated chassis dynamometer technology for both development and certification initiatives.

Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure operational longevity.

Uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols to maintain testing standards.

Availability to work either the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) or the 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Required Qualifications

Completion of a technical school, trade school, or an Associate degree program.

Proficiency in PC-based software, specifically the Microsoft Office suite.

Hands-on background in electrical or mechanical systems.

Proven professional experience operating chassis dynamometers.

A proactive mindset and a strong drive to achieve professional goals.

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to organize tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities to ensure clear project reporting.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $26.67 to $35.33 per hour, depending on your experience.
