We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, processed, and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare products for shipment and apply shipping labels
- Verify quantities, product information, and order accuracy
- Load and unload shipments as needed
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Use warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Work with team members to meet daily fulfillment and shipping goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or order-picking experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move packages as required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $23.10 - $27.80 per hour
