Fiber Drop Bury Technician / Underground Utility Installer

DEEPGRID International LLC is seeking reliable and hardworking Fiber Drop Bury Technicians to join our team. This position involves installing underground fiber optic drops from utility access points to residential and commercial locations.
Responsibilities:
- Install underground fiber optic cable drops using hand tools, trenchers, and boring equipment
- Perform drop bury installations from pedestal/terminal to customer locations
- Dig trenches, operate small equipment, and assist with underground utility installations
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following jobsite safety requirements
- Locate and avoid existing underground utilities
- Maintain clean job sites and restore landscaping after installation
- Complete work orders accurately and meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in fiber, telecom, cable, construction, landscaping, or underground utilities preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift, bend, dig, and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation required [ truck]
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience and production. Opportunities available for experienced technicians and subcontractors. 1099 positions
Pay: $220.00 - $250.00 per day
