Pay: $40.00 - $60.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite – Spring, TX 77389
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
- Junior to Mid-level UX Generalist, who will play a crucial role in the design and development of internal products.
- Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction.
- Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Act as a partner to the business, fostering positive stakeholder relationships evangelizing UX efforts.
Core Competencies:

- Shows adaptability and openness to feedback.
- Displays initiative and proactive approach.
- Basic wireframing & prototyping skills required, advanced skills strongly preferred.
- Service Design experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to facilitate outcome driven workshops strongly preferred.
