Personal Care Home Manager / Administrator
Full‑Time Assisted Living Community
Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Personal Care Home Manager/Administrator to lead the daily operations of our small assisted living community. The facility is spacious, clean, and set on a quiet 5‑acre property, offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere for residents and staff. This role oversees on‑site operations, ensures regulatory compliance, supports staff, and maintains a safe, compassionate environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resident services
- Ensure full compliance with Georgia personal care home regulations and documentation requirements
- Oversee medication administration processes and ensure accurate EMAR documentation
- Maintain organized resident files, incident reports, and compliance records
- Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure high‑quality resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and ownership
- Manage supplies, vendors, and routine administrative tasks
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment focused on resident well‑being
Qualifications
- Management or supervisory experience in senior care, assisted living, or related healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of personal care home operations and state compliance requirements
- Experience with EMARS or similar electronic medication administration systems is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration processes and documentation standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to reliably commute to our facility in the eastern Georgia region (ideal for applicants in Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, or Thomson)
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000–$45,000 annual salary, dependent on experience
- Annual performance‑based bonus (based on occupancy, compliance, staff retention, and operational quality)

- After a 3–6 month training and onboarding period with demonstrated competency and consistency, the role will transition to a 4‑day on‑site workweek with remote availability on the fifth day
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
