Responsibilities
Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities
Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
Replenish restroom and facility supplies including soap and paper products
Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent messes
Follow all safety and security procedures for assigned facilities
Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
Complete cleaning routes efficiently and within scheduled timeframes
Maintain company quality standards at all times
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently and remain on task
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active during shifts
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
