Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. Your energy and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and efficiency.
Duties
- Receive, unload, and load shipments pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and order pickers to ensure smooth warehouse distribution.
- Utilize ERP system, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and maintain data accuracy through precise data entry.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and trade compliance standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Operate RF scanners, tablets, and other warehouse technology to streamline order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
- Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to safety protocols
- Support international trade regulations and customs compliance during shipping & receiving processes.
- Kit to fulfill manufacturing production requirements.
- Audit, inspect, re-label returned kits to inventory.
- Other warehouse related tasks to support operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (CETEC ERP), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and stock management.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, packaging procedures, order fulfillment strategies, and trade compliance regulations.
