Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients. This position has competitive pay and supplemental health benefits available.
Duties:
- Perform routine nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in Florida
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care and/or home care settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
