Field Marketing Manager — Own a Market, Build a Team, Get Paid Like a Leader
Graboyes Windows & Doors is a well-established, growing home improvement company in the greater Philadelphia region — and we're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead our face-to-face marketing department from the ground up.
This is a real leadership opportunity, not just a job. You'll own our presence at home shows, community events, fairs, and local activations — recruiting, training, and leading a team of part-time Appointment Setters who generate qualified homeowner appointments in the field.
What You'll Earn
- On-target earnings in year one: $100,000+ (base plus monthly bonus)

What You'll Do
- Build and manage our event calendar — home shows, fairs, community activations
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of part-time Appointment Setters
- Set weekly performance goals and coach your team to hit them
- Own the numbers: cost of marketing, set rate, hiring pipeline, and inventory
- Be the on-site leader every weekend, driving strong execution in the field
- Partner with company leadership on scorecards and departmental growth
- Manage budgets, analyze KPI's and drive growth!
What You Bring
- 2+ years of leadership, team management, or field management experience
- Background in event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, retail marketing, home shows, or home improvement (strongly preferred)
- Comfort with performance metrics, accountability systems, and budgets
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekends year-round, with flexibility for evenings
