Compensation
Earn $1,550–$1,600 per week with starting pay of $0.63 CPM. Drivers run 2,500 miles per week, receive $25 stop pay where applicable, and are eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Route & Schedule
Drivers are typically out 2–3 days at a time with a 10-hour break at home between trips and a 34-hour reset at home each week. Routes operate throughout Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Freight & Equipment
Haul preloaded retail freight with 100% no-touch deliveries. Drivers work with a dedicated fleet manager, may occasionally pick up backhauls, and should be comfortable with night driving.
Drive late-model Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Kenworth tractors that are three years old or newer, equipped with modern safety technology and outward-facing cameras only.

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL with at least one year of CDL-A driving experience is required. Applicants must live within 50 miles of Lancaster, TX 75134 and meet all DOT and hiring requirements.
