Position Overview
The Part-Time HR Administrative Support role is responsible for assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, caregiver compliance tracking, file management, and general administrative HR tasks. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our caregivers remain credentialed, compliant, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with caregiver recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Track caregiver certifications, licenses, physicals, and background checks for compliance
- Send reminders for expiring documents and follow up with staff
- Assist with orientation coordination and training documentation
- Support payroll preparation with timesheet verification
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and office team
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Shift is 6hours a day for 5 days.
