Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this position collaborates with other HR and Payroll Coordinators to ensure an efficient and organized department. The HR Coordinator uses highly developed technical, communication, and customer service skills to provide essential assistance to all stakeholders. Through proactive problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, the coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to retirement—ensuring a seamless experience for all Yelm Community Schools employees while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professional integrity.
