We are looking for dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our retail store. As a Cashier / Customer Service Associate, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers while helping maintain smooth daily store operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Assist customers with questions, product locations, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
- Promote store specials, promotions, and featured products
- Verify IDs and follow all store policies and procedures
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support team members and assist during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
