Job Description:
A rapidly growing, multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue. This role supports daily operations across food, beverage, guest experience, and large-scale events.
What You’ll Do:

Support overall venue operations and guest service standards

Lead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teams

Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards

Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectations

Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
-
Use restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.)
What You Bring:

5+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality
-
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
-
Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, accounting)

Experience supporting a concept that blends restaurant service + entertainment + events

Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments

Bilingual a plus

Pay Range: $75,000 -$80,000 Base Salary + Bonus
