A leading packaging manufacturer is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to provide leadership for maintenance and reliability operations within a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing maintenance personnel, improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and driving reliability initiatives that support safe and efficient operations.

Experience leading, supervising, and developing maintenance or technical teams.

Background in manufacturing, industrial, military, or production environments.

Experience utilizing CMMS, EAM, or similar maintenance management systems.

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Hands-on experience with industrial automation and controls, including PLCs, motors, drives, instrumentation, or related systems.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Maintenance leadership experience within packaging, corrugated, paper, pulp, or similar manufacturing industries.

Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order prioritization.

Proven success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent maintenance experience.

Demonstrated ability to use maintenance data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
