We are looking to hire Guest Service Representatives that will enure our guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay at our hotel. Our Guests' satisfaction is our number 1 goal! The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing, reliable and loyal. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Checking guests in and out, ensure guests fill out/sign registration and have valid identification, issue keys
*Assist guests with requests and needs
*Reserve, make changes and cancel reservations via phone, fax, email.
*Post cash and credit card payments
*Balance shift paperwork
*Communicate with team members and management
