As an Account Executive you will:
- Own the full sales cycle
- Generate new business through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution-based selling conversations
- Partner with the Head of Sales to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 30% of the time
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Minimum requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (B2B, staffing, or service-based environments).
- Experience with outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- It´s a plus: Experience within or selling into the HOA management industry.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
