Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
- Set up and break down the food truck kitchen each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper portioning
- Assist with inventory, prep work, and stocking
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining excellent quality
- Support special events, tournaments, and catering as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Food truck, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Current Food Handler Card required (ServSafe certification is a plus)
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
