Core Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- Meet with business customers and discuss their telecommunications needs
- Present wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate new sales opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity using company systems
- Work with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and business objectives
