Therapy Management, Inc. is urgently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our therapy team at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility in Battle Creek.

$65/hour

Calhoun County is known for having a strong, team-oriented therapy environment where clinicians genuinely support one another. You’ll work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and leadership who value communication and quality patient care.
This is not a “figure it out on your own” type of PRN role.

- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Focus on mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset and patient-centered approach
