The HVAC Maintenance Technician ensures the efficiency and reliability of residential HVAC systems through quality preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals in technical training or those with basic HVAC experience who are eager to grow. Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs.

Identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety guidelines.

Deliver professional, courteous service to all customers.

Clearly explain maintenance findings and recommendations.

Promote and explain Cooper’s GCM maintenance plans.

Build trust and positive long-term customer relationships.

Enrollment in or completion of a technical training program, or equivalent hands-on field experience.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and strong mechanical aptitude.

A genuine willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC industry.

Commitment to actively participate in training and demonstrate consistent skill progression.

Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

Strong punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.

EPA certification required for any refrigerant-related maintenance.
Pay Range: $18 - $30hr Depending on experience
