**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Department Manager to lead and manage new divisions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing with utility rebates and incentives, particularly those associated with energy efficiency programs. Experience with Willdan Energy is a significant advantage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the development and management of new departments focused on HVAC, EV chargers, heating systems, and refrigeration.
- Identify and leverage utility rebates and incentives to maximize program participation and client savings.
- Collaborate with utility companies and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and program implementation.
- Develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness and increase client engagement.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, providing recommendations for improvements and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and utility offerings related to energy efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in energy efficiency program management, specifically with a focus on HVAC, EV chargers, heating, and refrigeration.
- Strong understanding of utility rebates and incentives, with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Experience working with Willdan Energy or similar organizations is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: $93,829.56 - $112,999.04 per year
