Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Northern San Antonio and surrounding communities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care coordination team to enhance the quality of life for those we serve while fostering independence at home. Whether you work days, evenings, or weekends, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and support to clients, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders to ensure clients' health and well-being.
- Support clients to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document clients' progress and communicate effectively with the care coordination team.
Qualifications:

- Compliance with state and local regulatory requirements and background checks.

Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position that may include weekends, with availability from Monday to Sunday.
