Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
We're looking for an experienced, warm, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering concierge-level service, and thrives in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.
We're seeking a candidate with 4+ years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in a patient coordinator, treatment coordinator, or front office role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Present treatment recommendations and assist patients with scheduling treatment
- Discuss financial arrangements and available financing options
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Help create a concierge-level experience for every patient
- Collaborate closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years of dental front office or patient coordination experience
- Has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Is warm, welcoming, and naturally hospitable
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative and is proactive rather than reactive
- Is confident discussing treatment and finances with patients
- Enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of their role
- Is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience
