Seeking a dependable, hardworking, and professional team member to join our growing exterior cleaning company. We specialize in residential, commercial, HOA, and property management services throughout Ventura County and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and buildings.
- Assess the condition of surfaces before cleaning and determine the appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment to minimize risks and hazards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of equipment and supplies.
- Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to pressure washing is a plus.
