Front of House (FOH) / Morning Crew
Egg Tuck, home of the viral premium soft-scrambled egg sandwich, is opening a new location in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members who are excited to help launch this new restaurant and grow with us from the beginning. As part of our opening crew, you will play an important role in creating the culture, energy, and guest experience of our newest location.

The Role
We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals to join our Front of House team. You are the face of the brand and the "air traffic controller" for our digital and in-person orders.
What You’ll Do
- The Morning Welcome: Greet guests with genuine energy and help them navigate our menu.
- Olo Operations: Manage our integrated Olo ordering system. We use a streamlined interface to handle in-store kiosks and third-party delivery orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) all in one place.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the dining area and pick-up stations organized, clean, and stocked during the rush.
- Team Synergy: Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless flow from the grill to the counter.
- Assist with prep work, including stocking supplies, preparing beverages, packing food orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house
- Monitor dine-in seating areas, checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly

- Experience: 1+ years in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Certification: Must have a valid California Food Handler’s Card.
