Go Fletch Logistics is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking safe, dependable, and professional CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our team as Independent Contractors operating company-provided trucks.
This opportunity is designed for experienced commercial drivers looking for consistent driving opportunities while building a relationship with a growing transportation company.
Strong-performing contractors may have the opportunity to transition into full-time positions with Go Fletch Logistics as our fleet and operations expand. Full-time positions may include additional compensation and company benefits based on availability and eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Go Fletch Logistics commercial trucks and equipment
- Pick up and deliver freight according to assigned loads and schedules
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all applicable DOT, FMCSA, state, and local transportation regulations
- Maintain required driver logs and transportation documentation
- Properly secure and protect freight during transportation
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and route conditions
- Communicate professionally with customers, brokers, warehouse personnel, and dispatch
- Immediately report maintenance, safety, or mechanical concerns
- Keep company equipment clean and properly cared for
- Follow applicable company safety and equipment-use requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Acceptable driving record
- Current DOT medical certification as required
- Ability to meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle safety and DOT regulations
- Ability to safely inspect and operate commercial equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned transportation responsibilities
- Must satisfy applicable company, insurance, and legally required screening requirements

Drivers will initially work with Go Fletch Logistics as independent contractors.
