Are you a motivated go-getter who loves being on the road and building business relationships? A leading kitchen and bath wholesale distributor is seeking a dynamic Route Sales Representative . This is a unique, active hybrid role where you will spend 3 days a week driving sales prospecting (hunting for new business and managing accounts) and 2 days a week handling deliveries to our regional partners. You will be the face of our company, driving a Mercedes Sprinter van across Georgia and neighboring states (TN, NC, SC, FL).
What You Will Do
- Grow the Business (3 Days/Week): Conduct cold calls and face-to-face pitches to granite shops, kitchen/bath showrooms, and home builders. Build relationships with owners to secure new wholesale accounts and re-orders.
- Deliver the Goods (2 Days/Week): Safely load, transport, and unload wholesale inventory (primarily sinks, faucets, and tubs). Collect customer signatures and payment checks at delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- The Sales Hustle: A strong drive to hunt for new business, pitch products, and build long term B2B client relationships.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle consistent heavy lifting of 50+ pounds daily (loading/unloading sinks and bathroom accesories).
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean DMV history, and ability to pass a standard background check.
- Flexibility: Willingness to handle regional travel, including a maximum of 1-2 overnight stay per week, never consistently (lodging fully paid).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
