Responsible for providing high quality vocational training and employment readiness support to individuals with disabilities participating in Bridgeway’s Community Day Services (CDS) and Production Operations programs. Under the direction of the Director of Production Operations and Rehab Coach Team Leader — and in coordination with Community Day Services — this role ensures that all training related work is completed accurately, safely, and within established timelines.
The position delivers individualized, person centered vocational instruction by collaborating with each individual, the Production Team, and the CDS Team to identify abilities, needs, preferences, and desired outcomes. Rehabilitation interventions focus on helping individuals acquire and apply employment skills, work habits, and productivity standards necessary to achieve their vocational goals through remunerative training opportunities.

Teach, supervise, and report work skills of consumers enrolled in Community Day Services (CDS) to include implementing individualized person centered plans, monitoring/evaluating the trainee's progress and performance, providing feedback to trainees, assessing work quality, and identifying/implementing individualized methods to facilitate progress related to productivity and earning capacity to Production Team.

In coordination with the Production team, evaluate job requirements of trainees enrolled to determine if reasonable accommodation or procedural changes can be made to facilitate a successful rehabilitation experience.

In coordination with the Production Team, ensure consistent implementation of time study procedures in day to day training interventions with consumers.

Assist with completion of work to meet contract expectations as needed including material handling, setting up workstations, making reasonable accommodation and operating equipment necessary for contract completion.

Assist the Production Team in maintaining inventory and safe storage, disposal, and transport of supplies and equipment in accordance with OSHA and agency mandates.
- Provide rehabilitation services focused on the needs/desires of enrolled consumer trainees as needed during periods when remunerative work is unavailable.

Assist with the transportation needs of people in Community Day Services.
Qualifications/Education/Requirements:
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and must be at least 21 years of age. Experience in working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and meets organization's insurability requirements.
Must be a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Upon hire, on the job, DSP training is required to be completed in 120 days.
CPR and First Aid certification after hired and must maintain annual training certification
