Full-Time Occupational Therapist needed to join our Therapy Team in Peoria, AZ!!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team on a Full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team focused on functional recovery and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, strokes, or post-surgical conditions.
- Provide direct patient care focused on functional recovery, safety, and improved quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Document according to facility and CMS guidelines.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides in direct patient care and patient related activities and adhere to facility Supervision Policy and Procedure Matrix
- Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals and safe discharge planning
Qualifications:
· Licensed Occupational Therapist in Arizona
· Prior inpatient or outpatient rehab experience preferred
· Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
· Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
· CPR certification
Schedule: Flexible Hours/Days (Weekends, Holidays as needed).
