Certified Addiction Counselor :
- Conduct substance abuse assessment, individual counseling and group counseling.
- Ability to provide mental health therapy or case management
- Attend weekly treatment team meetings.
- Document electronic medical record.
- Complete weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements: Must have CAC or equivalent SA recognized certification.
