Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Wellness Studio Associate to join our team. This role is the face of our business—responsible for creating an exceptional client experience from the moment guests walk in to the moment they leave refreshed and recharged.
Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Front Desk
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere
- Assist walk-in clients with service information and recommendations
- Answer customer questions about services, benefits, and studio policies
- Scheduling & Communication
- Book and manage appointments via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate scheduling and client records
- Service Preparation & Support
- Set up clients for services including sauna sessions, cold plunges, and therapies
- Provide clear instructions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience
- Monitor session flow and assist as needed
- Room Turnover & Studio Maintenance
- Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms between client sessions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
- Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and functioning
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, fitness, or wellness a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in health, wellness, and recovery services
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive, energetic attitude
