We are small fast growing business seeking a self motivated technical support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for provide customer service and product support through effective communication and relationship building with clients. Responsibilities:
- Walk customers through problem solving process with best efforts.
- Configuring network for customer's network devices including modifing IP addresses and DHCP, setup routers and other network devices.
- Troubleshoot customer's IP camera system and network device connection remote using remote connection software.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations..
- Preserve and grow your product knowledge
- Inspect and test returned products to determine the cause of failure or customer issue.
- Refurbish and repackage units that pass testing, ensuring they meet resale quality standards.
- Assist with warehouse or shipping tasks as needed during peak periods.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Must have passion to learn and a strong desire to achieve career growth.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking
- Have a high energy level, a high degree of self-motivation, and drive.
- Desire to learn new technologies; make self-development and professional improvement a priority.
- Strong commercial awareness: the ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be outgoing and have the ability to build solid and lasting business relationships.
- Previous experience is advantageous
