Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Texas SLP license (required)
- Previous experience within a school environment is highly valued
- Must be able to provide timely fingerprinting and Texas credentialing documentation
- No Clinical Fellows at this time; only experienced SLPs
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop tailored therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students receiving service plans
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Work closely with educators to integrate communication strategies within the classroom
- Balance a manageable caseload and flexibly manage time across a part-time schedule
