Silvercreek is seeking experienced Bartenders. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Utilize Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication and managing serving limits accordingly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role, preferably within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
- Experience working in the food industry, hospitality environment, or brewing establishments is preferred.
