Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.

Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.

Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

Current Barber or Cosmetology License (barbering is a required skill for this role).

Strong technical competency in clipper and razor work.

Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
