Program Development: Design, implement, and refine safety policies and procedures that align with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Compliance & Audits: Conduct scheduled audits and field inspections; flag hazards and verify compliance across work areas.

Training & Empowerment: Provide clear, practical safety and emergency response training to employees at all levels.

Incident Response: Lead fact-based investigations of incidents and near-misses; document findings and drive corrective actions.

Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Culture Building: Collaborate with management to strengthen a proactive safety mindset across the organization.

Regulatory Vigilance: Monitor industry trends and updates to regulations; adapt programs to stay current.

Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related discipline preferred.

Demonstrated experience in a Safety Coordinator or similar safety-focused capacity.

Strong command of OSHA regulations and consensus safety standards.

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Comfort working independently while thriving in team settings.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at solving complex problems.

Preferred credentials include CSP or CHST.
