Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven Aesthetician to work directly alongside our Lead Physician Assistant, supporting both patient care and overall clinical efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who values patient care, teamwork, and elevated service—and who is eager to grow within a highly trained, medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Support
- Perform medical-grade aesthetician services in alignment with Brightwood protocols (e.g., advanced facials, peels, pre- and post-procedure skincare).
- Assist the Lead PA during patient visits to optimize clinical flow and efficiency
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients with meticulous attention to detail
- Support pre- and post-procedure education, reinforcing treatment plans and skincare regimens
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and clinical compliance
Hospitality & Patient Experience
- Deliver a calm, warm, and polished patient experience from start to finish
- Anticipate patient needs and ensure each visit feels seamless and cared for
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently with patients
- Uphold The Brightwood’s clinical standards in tone, presentation, and service
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Support efficient room turnover and daily clinic operations
- Work collaboratively with providers, front-of-house, and leadership
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking of medical skincare products
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Training & Development
- Participate in intensive and ongoing training provided by The Brightwood
- Learn and uphold our proprietary clinical and hospitality protocols
- Stay current on clinical skincare knowledge, ingredients, and best practices
- Be open to feedback, coaching, and skill advancement
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Aesthetician license
- Strong interest in skincare, skin health, and clinical excellence
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Warm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment

Pay: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
