POSITION SUMMARY
The LBSF Shift Supervisor helps the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with a particular shift for the store. With regards to the Customer Service Principles, the Shift Supervisor makes sure that the completion of all opening or closing duties are completed and in particular is the key holder for those shifts who financially prepares the store for opening or closing.

Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
Basic mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures customer satisfaction with each and every customer contact

Leads by example when interacting with customers
Develops long-lasting relationships with the neighborhood
Will be familiar with all of the functions of the store so that they can be the point person in the absence of the Assistant Manager or General Manager.
Is proficient with all opening and/or end of night cash handling procedures & requirements
Effectively opens or closes the store, using proper checklists, cleaning procedures & setup/breakdown guidelines
Help train and guide the new employees
Leads and oversees the team, addressing employee concerns, and correcting performance issues immediately.
Sales skills
Willing to growth in the company
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Accurately process all cash and credit payments
Provide exceptional customer service
