What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a Service Advisor who has chosen automotive as a career path. This is a critical front-line role that’s perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to honest service. You’ll work closely with technicians and customers to ensure a smooth and transparent service process.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and collect vehicle information in a friendly and professional manner.

Communicate recommended services based on technician inspections.

Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.

Coordinate with parts suppliers and help manage workflow.

Provide excellent customer service at every step.
Qualifications:
-
MINIMUM of 1 year of service advisor or relevant in-shop experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic understanding of automotive services and repair terminology.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license required.
