Position Summary
Our client is seeking a polished, organized, and service-oriented Client Services & Office Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while serving as the first point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, balancing multiple priorities, and helping keep a busy professional office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for every client interaction.
- Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and document flow.
- Support tax professionals and help manage office workflow.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with general office operations and special projects.

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of administrative, office management, client service, or operations experience.
- 2+ years of QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing competing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in an accounting firm, legal office, medical practice, or other professional services environment.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including journal entries, reconciliations, and invoicing.
