Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and ensure they are staying focused
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing quality of work to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Run company software to perform required duties
- Conduct management duties including resolving customer concerns promptly, professionally responding to emails, attending internal meetings and being responsible for the outcome of your department
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding new team members, and supporting their ongoing development
Skills
- Proven experience in management
- Ability to communicate effectively both with employees and customers
- Proficiency with computers including Outlook, Office, etc.
- Strong background in inventory control
- Ability to oversee operations while maintaining high quality standards
