We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to lead high end residential construction projects from cradle to grave all in the multifamily sector—apartments, townhomes, etc. The ideal candidate is a well connected industry professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a self driven, hands-on leader who can drive multiple projects to completion, simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare projected construction schedules; implement, maintain, and update as needed
- Request proposals, prepare and solicit bids, negotiate, award and contract for related contractors. Schedule and conduct contract and scope of work briefing meetings
- Manage day-to-day field operations and project start up
- Create and maintain project budgets through completion
- Provide regular project updates related to budgets, schedules, feasibility, and other related tasks to ownership
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience with multifamily projects start to finish – local Treasure Valley experience is a huge plus!
- Ability to lead project teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Strong local agency (ACHD & Treasure Valley municipalities) and industry relationships are a plus
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering design plans and project specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive multiple projects from concept through completion, simultaneously
- Self-starter who wants to produce quality product, perform at a high level and grow in their career
