Compensation: $35–$45 Per Instructional Hour

Fly Minds is seeking passionate STEM Instructors to deliver engaging after-school STEM programs for elementary and middle school students throughout the academic year.

Schedule
- Weekday afternoons
- Approximately 5–6 one-hour sessions per week
- Multiple school and community locations available
- Flexible assignments based on instructor availability
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM instruction
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Monitor student participation and progress
- Support STEM showcases and community events as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum two years of experience working with youth
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Passion for STEM education
Preferred
- Licensed teacher or retired educator
- STEM professional, engineer, or military veteran
- Experience teaching robotics, coding, engineering, drones, AI, or related STEM subjects
- Experience leading after-school or enrichment programs
Compensation
$35–$45 per instructional hour
Most programs meet once per week for 5–6 weeks. Instructors may teach at one location or accept multiple assignments throughout the school year.
