Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food preparation areas.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
- Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies as needed.
- Support catering operations by preparing food items for events as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Culinary skills with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience as a cook or dietary aide is advantageous but not mandatory.
