What You'll Do

- Read your group and adapt on the fly. Every tour is personal, and no two are ever the same.
Create a guest experience that hits different.
- Treat every guest like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
- Handle curveballs from weather to unexpected changes with grace, confidence, and professionalism.
- Be the face of See Sight Tours, representing the brand with pride, warmth, and authenticity.
Own your content. Own your stage.
- Grow your knowledge of San Antonio’s history, missions, the River Walk, local legends, and offbeat facts.
- Keep your delivery sharp, fresh, and memorable.
- Engage in team training and feedback sessions to sharpen your storytelling game.
Support smooth, polished operations.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations to keep tours running smoothly and on time.
- For vehicle-based tours, ensure the ride is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record (required for vehicle tours).
