Asheville Window & Door is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to help homeowners and builders select premium window and door solutions. We specialize in high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and expert installation throughout Western North Carolina.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers improve their homes.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and builders to discuss window and door projects
- Conduct in-home and showroom consultations
- Measure openings and gather project information
- Prepare and present proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and installation teams
- Manage projects through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate referral and repeat business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (construction, remodeling, windows, doors, roofing, siding, HVAC, or related fields)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable using computers, email, CRM software, and mobile apps
- Ability to read basic construction plans and measurements is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
