Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi Unit District Manager to lead and inspire multiple franchise locations within our organization. This energetic leader will oversee the operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across several units, ensuring each location delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving business goals. The District Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, process improvements, and business development initiatives, fostering a positive culture of teamwork and accountability. Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to multiple store managers, setting clear expectations and supporting their professional growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability across all locations.
- Oversee profit & loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize staff productivity.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth within each market area.
- Monitor store performance metrics regularly, analyzing data to inform decision-making and corrective actions.
- Lead project management initiatives for new store openings, renovations, or major operational changes to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Supervise and evaluate store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance environment rooted in leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
- Promote sales initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, community engagement, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
